Delete your D3 account

You can permanently delete your D3 Renovate account here or inside the mobile app. This page exists so Apple App Store and Google Play users have a public way to request account deletion.

What is deleted

  • Your user account and profile
  • Messages and conversations you own
  • AI designs and related personal project data
  • Jobs you own as a client (with cascaded children)
  • Active subscriptions are cancelled when possible via Stripe

What may be retained

  • Information required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or legitimate business-record purposes
  • Jobs where you were an agent or builder may remain for other parties, with your identity detached

Delete in the app

  1. Open D3 Renovate and sign in
  2. Go to Account
  3. Tap Delete account
  4. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm

Admin accounts cannot be deleted through this form. For security, we show the same message whether an email is unknown or the password is wrong.
