D3 Renovate is built for the way UK renovations actually move: start with a vision, involve the right local people, then deliver with matched builders and clear communication. The first time you open the app, a short guided tour walks you through the tabs for your role — client, agent, or builder.
1. Capture the space
Upload a clear photo of the room or area you want to change. Add a short brief describing materials, mood and constraints.
2. Generate AI concepts
Client Pro unlocks AI visualisation. Generate up to three concepts with write-ups, compare options, and select the design you want to take forward.
3. Find a local agent
Browse the Find an Agent directory and connect with a local D3 field partner who can help structure the project and keep communication clear.
4. Structure the job
Turn the brief and selected design into a structured job with the details builders need — scope, access, notes and context from your concepts.
5. Match builders & award work
D3 surfaces a shortlist of matched builders based on trades, location and profile. Builders can accept or bid. You review and award the job.
6. Progress with milestones
Keep messaging, updates and payment flow in one place. If something goes wrong, raise a dispute in the app — D3 reviews it. Stripe powers subscriptions and builder payouts through Connect Express.
