How it works
Your name, broad service area, marketing notes and any photos you choose, entered in your own ChatGPT account.
The assistant prepares a social profile, captions and a content plan. You check names, locations, claims and permissions.
You see each proposed post and its destination before anything goes out. Approving a weekly batch covers that batch only.
Scheduling uses a supported connection you authorise, such as Metricool. Scheduled posts can publish while the chat is closed.
Membership
The assistant is planned to be included in D3 membership, with no separate D3 charge for the assistant. Subscriptions are billed through the D3 Renovate app under the applicable membership terms. Eligibility and payment arrangements stay subject to those terms.
Please note
Being able to access the assistant does not approve you to act as a D3 agent. Employment, an agency appointment, or authority to represent D3 Renovations Ltd needs a separate agreement.
Use your own name, service area, business identity and real trade network, with accurate references to D3 Renovate. Do not claim an exclusive territory, approval, qualifications, an established team or completed work unless that is true.
AI drafts can be wrong. Do not publish misleading claims, fabricated reviews, guaranteed earnings or work, or unsupported promises about payment, insurance or safety. Get the rights to any photos, music, logos and customer information you use.
Never put passwords, login codes, DBS documents or sensitive customer records in the chat. Sign in through the provider and read the permissions it asks for. You can revoke a connection in that service’s settings.
D3 Renovations Ltd does not fund agents’ advertising, and membership includes no advertising budget. Paid adverts need your separate instruction, an agreed budget and the right account permissions. ChatGPT, Metricool and social platforms may charge separately.
