Last updated 27 October 2026

This notice describes the data arrangements for the D3 Agent Marketing Assistant. It is not the privacy notice for the D3 Renovate app, membership administration, agent checks, website cookies, analytics or construction projects. Those activities have their own privacy information. The app and website notice is the D3 Renovate privacy policy.

Public access coming soon. The public listing is for the United Kingdom.

1. Your own accounts

You enter your name, broad service area, marketing notes and any chosen photos into your own ChatGPT account. If you connect Metricool, Facebook or another supported service, relevant content and connection information are handled through those services to carry out your instructions. Approved public posts become visible according to the destination platform’s settings.

The assistant does not send D3 Renovations Ltd separate copies of your chat history, marketing photos or social enquiries, and D3 does not operate a separate marketing-profile database through this assistant. D3 does hold the support enquiries you send it (see section 3). This is not a claim that information is never processed, stored or transferred by ChatGPT or connected services. Their terms and privacy policies govern their processing, account retention, international transfers and security arrangements. Installing reusable instructions alone is not consent to every third-party permission.

2. Connection choices and content

You authorise connections yourself. Read the actual permissions shown. They may cover brands, posts, messages, comments or connected advertising accounts. Choose the intended Page and do not authorise a connection you do not accept. Removing access stops future authorised access subject to the provider’s processes. It does not automatically erase earlier posts or stored provider records.

Share only information needed for the marketing task. Use broad locations rather than home addresses. Do not upload passwords, login codes, DBS records, criminal history or unnecessary customer details. Obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable people or private property images. Each agent is responsible for their own handling of client and trade contacts.

3. Contacting D3

You can contact D3 by email at d3renovations@3d-duffy-design-developments.com or through Help & support in the D3 Renovate app. D3 receives the contact details and the information included in those enquiries, and uses them to respond to your request. App support messages are accessible to the D3 administrator through the app. Support handling is separate from the marketing accounts you own.

Lawful basis. D3 processes support enquiries under its legitimate interests in responding to questions and complaints about the assistant and related services. Where you are a D3 member and the enquiry relates to your membership, D3 may also process that information as necessary to perform the membership contract.

Providers used for support. Business email is hosted by Webador. In-app support tickets and messages are stored in D3’s application database hosted by Neon and served through D3’s API hosted on Render. Any images attached to support messages are stored with Cloudflare R2. Those providers may have the technical access needed to deliver their services.

Location and transfers. Support information may be processed in the UK or elsewhere by those providers. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, D3 relies on appropriate safeguards required under UK data-protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, or another approved transfer mechanism used by the provider.

Routine support messages are retained for 12 months after the enquiry is closed, then deleted automatically from D3’s live systems. This period does not describe retention by ChatGPT, Metricool or Facebook. Database backups may keep copies until those backups rotate under the host’s backup schedule. Do not send sensitive records with a routine enquiry.

4. Your choices and requests

Use the relevant provider’s controls to manage your chats, connected accounts and social posts, and consult its privacy information for access, correction, deletion and other applicable rights. Contact D3 at d3renovations@3d-duffy-design-developments.com about information D3 itself holds. Rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
